About EPOSBacked by Ant International (a global leader in digital payments, digitisation, and financial technology solutions) EPOS, part of its global merchant payment services Antom, is a leading Point-of-Sale (POS) digital solutions provider based in Singapore.Supporting Ant International's mission to empower SMEs, EPOS will leverage Antom's digital capabilities as the organisation's central hub to serve regional small and medium sized businesses with integrated O2O solutions.With a growing presence across Singapore, Malaysia and Vietnam, we're continuing to look for passionate individuals to join our diverse and driven teams.As we expand across Asia, to create meaningful, small yet powerful changes for businesses around the world together.Job Overview We are looking for a driven and strategic Business Operations & Go-To-Market Specialist with a deep understanding of the US/ Europe payments and retail technology landscape.This role is pivotal in supporting the launch, operations, and market readiness of our payment terminal solutions and related projects in the US/ Europe market.You will work closely with regional and cross-functional teams (Product, GTM, Business Ops, and Technical) to ensure smooth project rollout, compliance, and sustained operational support on the ground.Key Responsibilities1. Market & Go-To-Market StrategyDevelop and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies for our payment terminal and software products in the US and Europe market.Conduct market analysis to identify local trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.Work with product and marketing teams to localize solutions, pricing, and messaging for US and Europe customers.Recommend optimal distribution and support models2. US Project OversightOversee key US and Europe projectsEnsure all projects align with product KPIs while facilitating execution and communication across markets.Manage timelines, milestones, and deliverables across these initiatives.3. Operations & Business EnablementWork with technical and operations teams to ensure terminal deployment, onboarding, and support run smoothly.Establish operational processes for merchant support, maintenance, and issue escalation.Support local compliance and regulatory requirements specific to US payment industryRequirements3-5 years of experience in payments, fintech, or POS technology industries.Strong understanding of US and Europe market operations, merchant ecosystems, and regulatory landscape in payments.Proven experience leading market launches, business operations, or cross-regional projects.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across global teams.Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability.Willingness to travel regionally and to the US and Europe when required.
