You will navigate seamlessly between strategy and execution: securing high-stakes meetings, refining keynote materials, preparing media engagements, and coordinating confidential coaching programs. This is a high-trust, senior-facing role that demands gravitas, discretion, and impeccable execution. You will deploy the CEO’s time as a strategic asset, orchestrate complex global calendars, and communicate with clarity and warmth across C-suite stakeholders.
