You bridge business and technology, ensuring that the content infrastructure supports a modern, efficient, and client-centric content experience.You will play a key role in driving the evolution of the global content strategy and advancing digital transformation across the investment content value chain.YOUR CHALLENGEAct as business owner and representative for investment content production and delivery toolsDrive the evolution of the GPS content strategy toward agile, digital, and contextual delivery models, including platform governance, integration roadmaps, and operational frameworksFoster innovation and digital transformation in content creation and delivery, enabling mass-tailored communications, dynamic digital journeys, and interactive engagement formats in close partnership with the development unit within COOPromote the use of emerging technologies, such as automation and Artificial Intelligence, to enhance efficiency, personalisation, and quality across the content lifecycleEnsure operational excellence through continuous process and workflow optimisationServe as the primary business contact and escalation point for content-related process issuesYOUR PROFILEUniversity degree in Business Management, Business Information Systems (Wirtschaftsinformatik), or a related fieldSeveral years of experience in roles such as Business Owner, Product Owner, or Business Analyst, preferably within financial servicesSolid understanding of investment content production and distribution toolsExperience in content strategy, process optimisation, and digital enablementStrong grasp of agile methodologies and ability to work effectively with IT development teams and business usersBridge-builder between business and technology, with the ability to translate strategic goals into practical implementationExcellent English communication skills (written and spoken); German is an advantageStrong stakeholder management skills across different seniority levelsHigh degree of proactivity, ownership, and organizational talent; able to manage multiple topics simultaneously while maintaining strategic perspectiveInnovation-driven mindset, passionate about improving processes and creating business value through technologyExperienced in change management and adoption enablement for new tools and processesWe are looking forward to receiving your full job application through our online application tool.
