Role Description This is a contract hybrid role for a Business Partner for IT Services, located in Auckland with opportunities for remote work flexibility. The Business Partner will actively contribute to aligning IT strategies with business objectives, managing business processes, conducting analysis to identify opportunities for improved operations, and developing recommendations to enhance the organization's technology infrastructure and strategies. This role requires collaboration across departments, stakeholder engagement, and providing guidance on IT services and solutions. Qualifications Strong Analytical Skills to assess and interpret complex data, trends, and metricsComprehensive understanding of Information Technology and IT StrategyKnowledge of Business Processes and proficiency in Business AnalysisProven ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholdersExcellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilitiesEducational qualifications in IT, Business Management, or a related field are preferredPrevious experience in a consulting or IT business partner role is advantageous
