Summary of the Role Location: Palma or Madrid (with travel flexibility). Reporting to COO. Full-time role.As an expert in understanding our members’ profiles and needs, you will be responsible for identifying, developing and creating new business opportunities within our Private Club Zinantis ecosystem. As such, you will be responsible for creating, implementing and farming specific relationships. You will be the human face of an automated system, acting as a matchmaker coordinator linking our members with relevant partners — both demand and hospitality providers — ensuring alignment, collaboration, and mutual success. You will play a strategic role in driving the company’s expansion while cultivating and managing relationships with key stakeholders and partners. You will work independently and as a part of a team in a hybrid environment and Willingness to travel for strategic meetings, events, and partner visits.  Key ResponsibilitiesBuild new relationship between members Act as a strategic connector between members ensuring mutual success by introducing members on request. Identify relevant new partnership business opportunities aligned with member needs. Translate member profiles and preferences into tailored business opportunities and relevant partnerships. Expert in the luxury segment, understand needs and challenges  Identify gaps and opportunities of relationships Identify and cultivate new business opportunities aligned with member needs. Profiling new members  Meets new member’s request Follow up on results Monitor and optimize the impact of partnerships on member satisfaction and business outcomes. What We’re Looking For You love building relationships, spotting win-win opportunities, and growing businesses. You understand the complexity of hospitality distribution. You’re passionate about tech- travel environment and how tech can optimize performance advocating for transparency in data, partnerships, and processes.  You are excellent at identifying strategic alliances and structuring win-win collaborations that align with business goals and member needs. Required Skills Clear, concise and persuasive verbal and written communication,  Active listening & interpersonal skills. Strategic thinking & commercial ability Discretion and trust building based on confidence and integrity. Talent for connecting individuals creating mutual value through networking. Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.Comfortable working across diverse international environments. Presentation skills and confidence. Flexibility & Agility, comfortable adapting to change priorities Adaptability. Thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments with evolving priorities. Industry Expertise required Luxury hospitality knowledge understanding experiences and expectations.  Familiarity with hotel distribution revenue strategies, and tech platforms. Digital mindset – Comfortable using CRM, matchmaking tools, and data-driven systems. business understanding Languages & communication English: Full professional working proficiency. Spanish: Full Professional working proficiency. Additional languages are considered a plus. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
