We are looking for a Business & Partnerships Developer - France, to join our Sales & Partnerships team and lead the development of Promptly’s data network and life sciences pipeline in the French market.This role will play a central part in expanding Promptly’s partnerships with hospitals, research institutions, and pharmaceutical companies, building a foundation for long-term growth and a stronger European data ecosystem.What You’ll Be Expected To DoLead Promptly’s business development efforts in France and other french speaking countries (Switzerland, Belgium), expanding our health data network and real-world evidence collaborations.Identify, qualify, and close new data partnership opportunities with hospitals, research centres, and data holders.Build and grow partnerships with life sciences clients (pharma, medtech, biotech) seeking real-world data and evidence generation.Negotiate data access, partnership, and commercial agreements in compliance with national and EU data frameworks.Work closely with cross-functional teams (product, data, legal, operations) to design solutions that create measurable value for partners.Represent Promptly in French health innovation, data governance, and RWE forums, strengthening brand visibility.Provide market feedback and strategic insights to inform product and network development priorities.What We’re Looking For (qualifications & Skills)3+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or key account management in healthcare, life sciences, or health data sectors.Proven track record of closing complex partnerships or sales in France, preferably in the context of RWE, data, or digital health.Understanding of the French healthcare ecosystem, including data governance (Health Data Hub, CNIL), hospitals, and life sciences industry dynamics.Ability to translate technical or regulatory concepts into clear business value propositions.Self-starter, entrepreneurial mindset, and comfortable with a high degree of autonomy.Fluent in French and English (written and spoken); additional European languages a plus.Ability to travel within France and occasionally across Europe.Position Remote-first Full time What We OfferOwnership & GrowthDefine and own a strategic global initiative from the ground upShape the future of Promptly’s partner ecosystem and data network expansionFinancial BenefitsCompetitive salaryAnnual performance bonusEquity compensation via our ESOP (open to all team members)Annual training allowancePrivate health insuranceHome-office equipment allowanceNon-Financial BenefitsEqual opportunity and inclusive environmentFlexible work schedule and vacation policyCorporate events and international team gatheringsWhat Is The Recruiting Process LikeInitial Interview — Meet your future manager and/or team members to get to know each other and understand the scope of the role.Technical & Strategic Assessment — Work on a short case related to partner management or program design.Final Interview (if needed) — Deep-dive discussion to align on expectations and vision.Offer Stage — We’ll share the offer and welcome you to the team!Our Culture & Values Empathy — Ownership — Responsibility — Teamwork — ExcellenceIf you embrace these values, you will thrive at Promptly.
