We have expertise in iGaming operations (sports betting, online casino), digital and affiliate marketing, tech solutions, and data analytics.We are looking for a Business Performance Analyst to join our team.Job DescriptionAnalyze operational and financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and operational bottlenecks. Develop revenue forecasts, set and track OKRs and KPIs, and evaluate long-term trends. Monitor business performance, ensuring alignment with targets, and track incidents impacting performance. Analyze marketing investments, conversion funnels, and CRM campaigns. Perform ad hoc analyses and operational hypothesis testing to support strategic decision-making. Support and execute strategic projects (e.g., business expansion) with data-driven insights and performance evaluations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (finance, marketing, operations) to ensure alignment with company goals. Create presentations, reports, and dashboards to provide actionable insights and recommendations to leadership. Identify opportunities for operational efficiency and recommend process improvements. Qualifications1+ year of experience in business, performance, investment, product, or data analytics, with a focus on business performance and strategy. Proven ability to analyze and interpret complex data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights. Strong knowledge and experience with analytics tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Google Data Studio, or similar. Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally with finance, marketing, and operations teams. Familiarity with data visualization best practices and presenting insights to stakeholders. Proficiency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively in a business environment. Education: Degree in Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Analytics, or a related field.
