Job Description

We are seeking a Business Performance & Sales Assistant to support our commercial and management teams in tracking performance, analyzing sales data, and ensuring smooth sales operations. This role blends analytical reporting, sales coordination, and performance monitoring, helping the company make informed decisions and achieve growth targets.The ideal candidate is data-driven, detail-oriented, and thrives in a dynamic FMCG or retail environment.Key Responsibilities:Sales Analysis & Reporting:Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports.Track sell-in and sell-out data, highlighting trends, gaps, and opportunities.Support management in preparing business reviews, forecasts, and KPI dashboards.Analyze performance by channel, product, and region, identifying growth drivers and weak points.Monitor retailer and distributor performance, providing insight-based recommendations.Business Performance Support:Collaborate with the sales team to evaluate trade promotions, activations, and new launches.Support in setting and tracking sales targets, incentives, and ROI on campaigns.Prepare detailed performance presentations and reports for management meetings.Assist in developing tools and templates for sales tracking, planning, and forecasting.Sales Coordination & Operations:Coordinate between sales, logistics, and finance teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.Help manage price lists, product catalogs, and customer databases.Follow up on orders, invoices, and payment collections with key clients.Maintain an accurate record of sales agreements, contracts, and trade terms.Market Intelligence & Competitor Tracking:Collect and summarize market data, pricing, and competitor activities.Support in analyzing market share performance and new channel opportunities.Provide regular feedback on customer and retail insights to help shape strategy.Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.2–4 years of experience in a sales coordination, business analyst, or performance reporting role (FMCG or food industry preferred).Strong analytical and numerical skills; ability to interpret sales data effectively.Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio).Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Zoho, Odoo) is an advantage.Excellent communication and organizational skills.Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).Why Join Us?Join a fast-growing premium chocolate brand with regional and international expansion plans.Work closely with senior management, gaining exposure to sales strategy, performance tracking, and business analytics.Competitive salary + performance-based bonuses.Collaborative and forward-thinking team environment.Location: Dubai, UAE Employment Type: Full-time
