Join our dynamic team as we deploy cutting-edge AI solutions to revolutionise student admissions.Job DescriptionAs our Business Process Analyst, you’ll play a pivotal role in reviewing, refining, and reimagining our admissions processes to align with the rollout of AI technologies. This is a hands-on role where you’ll collaborate with stakeholders across Admissions, Technology, and PMO to ensure our processes are efficient, scalable, and AI-ready.Key ResponsibilitiesMap and analyse current admissions workflows and identify opportunities for improvement and standardisation.Collaborate with AI developers and project teams to align process changes with AI capabilities.Facilitate workshops and interviews with stakeholders to gather insights and requirements.Develop future-state process models and support change management activities.Monitor and evaluate the impact of AI deployment on admissions processes.Document process changes and support training and onboarding efforts.QualificationsYou will bring:Proven experience in business process analysis, ideally within education or customer service environments.Strong understanding of process mapping tools (e.g. Visio, Lucidchart) and methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.).Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.A curious mindset and comfort working in fast-evolving, tech-enabled environments.Experience working on digital transformation or AI-related projects is a plus.Additional InformationWhy Join Us?Be part of a forward-thinking team driving innovation in education.Work on a high-impact project that directly improves student experience.Flexible working arrangements and a supportive team culture.Opportunity to shape the future of admissions through AI and process excellence.
