Business Process Development SpecialistKey Initial Responsibilities:Identify business needs and problems within the company; develop hypotheses for areas of improvement.Design, optimize, and restructure processes related to real estate investment, purchasing, leasing, contract management, operations, and maintenance, with a focus on digitalization and regulatory compliance.Ensure process integration with SAP systems; take an active role particularly in processes involving ARIBA (Procurement) modules.Analyze and redesign existing processes using process modeling tools (e.g., Visio, Bizagi).Collaborate closely with business units to ensure effective communication and coordination in process improvement projects.Define KPIs and performance metrics to enhance process traceability and monitoring.Generate insights through data analysis to support business decision-making.Qualifications for Business Development Specialist:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business Administration.Preferably holds a Master’s degree (MSc) in Industrial Engineering or an MBA.Minimum 3–5 years of experience in process development within real estate investment, management consulting, energy, or multi-company structures (preferred).Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems.Certifications in process analysis, project management, or business analysis are a plus.Experience with process modeling tools (e.g., Visio, Bizagi).Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and project management skills.Team-oriented, with strong communication skills and a results-driven approach.
