Job Description

Looking for an experienced Business Process Improvement Lead to drive organisation-wide process improvements and backend system development. Oversee a team responsible for reengineering processes, enhancing system capabilities, and building internal tools that improve accuracy, efficiency, and day-to-day execution across multiple departments.Responsibilities:Lead and mentor a team in the development, enhancement, and optimisation of backend systems and internal tools.Review and analyse existing workflows across different business functions to identify improvement opportunities.Design scalable, intuitive, and efficient system workflows aligned with operational and business needs.Partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into practical technical solutions.Oversee end-to-end project delivery, from requirements gathering to testing and deployment.Stay informed on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.At least 3 years of experience in project management, business process management, business systems management, or process reengineering.5–7 years of hands-on experience in programming or system development using languages such as Java, VBA, VB, C, C#, .NET, JavaScript, or similar.Solid experience in full SDLC: requirements analysis, system design, database design, coding, testing, and performance tuning.Strong ability to convert business requirements into technical implementation plans.Experience mentoring engineers or project managers.Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently with strong attention to quality and timelines.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Application ProcessClick Apply, or send your CV to sherriyang@talentvis.com with the job title in the subject line.We look forward to your application! 🙌
