You willDrive projects and initiatives, by brining your project management, financial, and business end to end understanding, system, and change management capabilities into playDrive optimization of accounting and controlling processes in close collaboration with Business Service Operations (BSO) and Finance Business Partners.Support new business initiatives by facilitating and defining business requirements, document end to end process and connect the business requirement to the relevant financial processesDocument and hand over the requirements to Digital and support testing and implementation afterwardsLead standardization, automation, and documentation initiatives to enhance process efficiency.Lead and contribute to projects requiring process expertise, SAP knowledge, finance/accounting expertise and strong change management focus.Act as subject matter expert supporting end-users with ad-hoc questions and help identifying productivity and automation opportunitiesThis role is based in either Prague (Jinonice) or Billund and there is no relocation assistance offered for this role.Play your part in our team succeedingBusiness Processes & Information (BPI) is part of Business Service Operations. Our responsibilities cover global process ownership of Finance & HR processes as well as process expertise and interaction on finance, controlling as well as business & tax processes. Our mission is to develop and maintain efficient and effective standardized processes and bridge business needs with digital solutions. You will be based in Billund and join a team of more than 70 dedicated colleagues!Do you have what it takes?Strong understanding of accounting processes and IFRS accounting treatment.Strong finance/controlling background understanding of financial processes across internal and external reporting, controlling, tax, VAT and transfer pricingDemonstrated project management skills, E2E understanding as well as the approach of a deep functional specialistDeep understanding of both a sales and supply chain organization and the processes they operate, including logistics & international tradeEffective communication and presentation skills in English (both verbal and written)Structured approach and able to plan, prioritize and make things happen within the frame givenWhat would be an advantage?SAP and BI-reporting knowledge (FI & CO, SD and MM modules in SAP) Be interested to gain in dept knowledge around specific areas, covering business and SAP knowledge#BSOPRAGUEApplications are reviewed on an ongoing basis.
