We lead innovations and initiate countless transformations.We are shaping the future of payments, influencing and improving the reality for hundreds of thousands of customers and businesses in Israel.We believe in our people, encourage professionalism, excellence, personal developmentand we're dedicated provide the best employee experience.We invite you to join the transformation and take part in shaping our shared story.About the role: • Define and design new and existing processes and products from concept to full implementation • Build end-to-end process mapping, including identification of cross-organizational impacts on service, sales, operations, and digital channels • Plan and implement structured work methodologies – clear phases, goals, and deliverables • Write business and system requirements and transfer them to relevant stakeholders (project managers, technology, digital) • Collaborate closely with managers and senior executives across the division and the company to ensure alignment and agreements • Monitor implementation and ensure achievement of desired outcomes in processesRequirements: • Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering and management • At least 2 years of proven experience in organizational methods and/or leading cross-organizational processes • Experience in business process analysis and project leadership in large organizations- significant advantage • Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to work with senior executives • Analytical skills, systemic thinking, and broad business understanding • Strong leadership, prioritization skills, and ability to meet deadlines
