Your purposeAs a Business Processes Specialist, you will work closely with the Finance Teams, Product owners as well as non-Finance and supporting technical teams in order to lead process and system improvement initiatives that realize increased efficiency and/or quality. In this role, you will act as the liaison between business and project management/IT teams, with regards to changes in finance processes, information systems and business projects.This position offers an excellent opportunity to influence strategic priorities by applying strong PMO skills, ensuring structured execution of cross-functional initiatives, and driving impactful improvements in finance processes and systems.What you will focus onPartner with process/product owners and key stakeholders to identify, evaluate, and document opportunities for process improvement/redesign with the aim bring efficienty into companyDesign, plan and implement scalable changes in finance area to achieve business ambitions, hand over to product & process teams after project closureCommunicate and translate requirements effectively and ensures proper coordination between Business owners, IT teams, RPA teamCoordinate or manage the delivery of the simplicity projects with the best practice in the project management area, ensuring the delivery with expected time and quality with the self driven approachPrepare all project documentation and lead the communication project streamIn case of IT/RPA related projects contribute on definition of IT/RPA development including cooperation on documentation, UAT testing and deployment.Actively help solving issues at E2E (finance) proceses when needed Who we are looking for1+ years of experience in finance, preferably in finance consultancy, project management, audit, accounting, financial controlling and/or business controllingBSc in business studies or business economicsProficiency in English both written and verballyYour valueProject management expertise | be on top & handle strategic or transformational projectsPartner with others | collaborate & communicate effectively to positively influence othersAuthentic communication | deliver messages in a clear, compelling and concise mannerResults-orientation & critical thinking | ability to simplify and decompose complexityBusiness acumen | emphasis on analytical and conceptual thinkingWe care for you Hybrid way of WorkingFree lunch break in our restaurantAvailable parkingLifelong learning and developmentWellbeing Program A place where everyone belongs We strive to be a better place to work where our people reflect the markets we serve, where their voices are heard and valued, they find purpose in their work, and can grow and contribute to their fullest.
