We are committed to innovation, transparency, and excellence in the financial markets.Your role at HFM:Architect, lead, and optimize CI/CD pipelines to enable reliable, repeatable, and secure software delivery at scale. Drive the design and implementation of automated build, deployment, and validation processes across complex, multi-environment infrastructures. Define release governance frameworks, including versioning strategies, artifact management, and compliance enforcement. Ensure production reliability by building fault-tolerant, self-healing release processes with clear rollback and recovery strategies. Lead integration of monitoring, logging, and observability into release automation to deliver proactive insights and reduce mean time to recovery (MTTR). Partner with QA, Development, Security, and other DevOps teams to align release pipelines with scalability, resilience, and compliance goals. Own CI/CD infrastructure lifecycle, driving improvements for performance, reliability, scalability, and cost-efficiency. Evaluate and introduce new tools, practices, and methodologies to continuously advance release automation capabilities. Mentor and coach junior and mid-level engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence, automation, and continuous improvement. Influence cross-team strategy by providing thought leadership on release management and DevOps automation practices. Drive cost-efficiency by architecting scalable release automation frameworks. Continuously evaluate and adopt emerging tools and methodologies to advance release automation practices. RequirementsWhat You Bring:BSc or MSc degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent experience. Deep expertise in CI/CD pipelines, release automation, and deployment strategies at scale. Proven proficiency with CI/CD platforms such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or GitHub Actions. Strong experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes) in production environments. Expertise with monitoring and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/Graylog, OpenTelemetry). Advanced knowledge of version control systems (Git) and branching/release management strategies. Strong programming/scripting skills (Python, Bash, or similar), with a track record of automation at scale. Demonstrated experience integrating security and compliance controls into CI/CD pipelines (DevSecOps practices). Proven ability to design, optimize, and scale release automation for high-availability environments. Leadership skills with experience mentoring teams, driving initiatives, and influencing cross-functional stakeholders. Nice to Have Skills:Expertise with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, GCP), including CI/CD integration with cloud-native services. Experience building automation using REST APIs and third-party integrations. Strong knowledge of networking and distributed systems concepts. Hands-on experience with configuration management and infrastructure-as-code (Ansible, Puppet, Chef, SaltStack, Terraform). Familiarity with microservices and service mesh architectures (e.g., Istio, Linkerd). Experience driving organizational adoption of release management best practices at scale.
