Business Project Manager – Daily Rate Contract (Galway)Working Arrangement: Onsite, 5 days per weekInitial 6 month We’re partnering with a leading global organisation based in Galway, currently seeking an experienced Business Project Manager to join their team on an initial 6-month contract.This is an onsite role (5 days per week) offering the opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment alongside senior stakeholders across multiple business functions.About the RoleAs the Business Project Manager, you’ll play a key role in driving the successful delivery of high-impact programs within the client’s operations. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including IT, Supply Chain, Quality, Manufacturing, Finance, Tax, and Regulatory Affairs — ensuring strategic initiatives are executed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and coordinate end-to-end project execution, aligning deliverables with global operational objectives.Partner with IT Project Managers and external vendors to deliver project milestones and business outcomes.Oversee project launches, ensuring readiness across development, testing, and production environments.Develop project charters, consolidate milestones, and manage interdependencies to build integrated roadmaps.Establish strong governance structures to support decision-making, risk management, and accountability.Provide clear communication and regular updates to senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.Identify and mitigate risks, resolving issues proactively to maintain momentum.Thrive in a fast-moving environment, balancing multiple priorities and timelines effectively.About YouProven track record in managing complex, multi-stakeholder business or operational projects.Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities, with a collaborative and resilient approach.Experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Manufacturing Operations.Proficiency with project management tools such as Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, Confluence, or Jira.Demonstrated ability to deliver results in compliance-driven environments.Preferred QualificationsProfessional certifications such as PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or Change Management.Experience in medical device or healthcare environments and understanding of Quality Management Systems.Familiarity with systems such as Oracle Materials Management, WMS/TMS, Voice Technology, or SharePoint
