Job Purpose:lead and manage efficiency the grow in MSB segment in terms of liabilities, Fees and customer experience from existing and new clients.Responsibilities : Carrying out performance reviewsManage the flow of day-to-day operationAnalyzes and target opportunities to increase outcomes of his portfolioProposing enhancements to existing products / relationshipsManaging a diverse portfolio of MSB client to increase the relation with the bankVisit potential new clients and spends substantial time on new business developmentMeets potential new clients and spends substantial time on new business development.Makes frequent visits to clients' offices to establish strong relationships and keep track of developmentsCross sell other corporate products and bank productsEnsuring the performance of the staff is of a high standardQualifications & Job-Specific Skills : 5 - 8 years of experienceBasic financial and risk analysisFamiliarity with regulatory guidelinesAwareness of banking industry; general trends and computer literate
