This role involves managing programme governance, stakeholder engagement, risk mitigation, and ensuring successful delivery of transformation and integration initiatives.We are looking for a candidate with 7+ years with a track record in programme / project management – change management – enterprise transformation - Operating Models - Project planning and execution ( company-wide integration projects is a bonus), in Financial Services.The ideal candidate will have:Execution - delivering large-scale enterprise strategic projects using Agile, Waterfall, or Lean methodologies.Strong Business Merger Integration experience - managing post-merger integrations, including people, processes, technology, and culture.Strong Strategic Business - identify, track, and drive revenue growth & operational efficienciesFinancial Acumen –Excellent Stakeholder engagement and management – Communications, Listening and Influencing skillsIf interested please email Ildiko Kiss at The Panel
