As a Digital Account Executive, you will be an integral part oftheir dynamic team, contributing to the success and visibility of the Irish culinary scene throughdigital initiatives and online engagement.Overview:Our client is seeking a highly motivated and digitally savvy individual to join their team as a DigitalAccount Executive. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of digitalmarketing, social media, content creation, and online communication strategies. This role involvesworking closely with the marketing and communications department to drive the digital presence of the company and its member establishments. As the Digital Account Executive, you will beresponsible for managing online accounts, implementing digital campaigns, and fostering strongrelationships with key stakeholders in the industry.Responsibilities:● Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to enhance online presence andengagement● Manage the organisation's social media accounts, including content creation,scheduling, and monitoring for engagement opportunities.● Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling digital content, including blogposts, newsletters, infographics, and videos.● Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and suggestimprovements to the company's digital strategy.● Create and manage email marketing campaigns to communicate with members,partners, and stakeholders.● Track and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of digitalcampaigns and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.● Act as a liaison between the company and its members, providing support, guidance,and updates on digital initiatives and best practices.● Stay up-to-date with emerging digital technologies and tools, and proactively suggestinnovative ways to enhance the company's digital presence.● Assist in planning and organising virtual events, webinars, and online conferences topromote industry growth and awareness.● Support the implementation of digital advertising campaigns and manage ad spendefficiently.● Handle inquiries and feedback received through digital channels in a professional andtimely manner.● Maintain and update the company’s website with relevant and engaging content.Person Specification:● Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, digital media, or a related field.● Proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, or related areas.● Strong knowledge of various social media platforms and their respective algorithms.● Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and website administration.● Excellent written and verbal communication skills.● A creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative content ideas.● Proficiency in digital analytics tools to measure campaign effectiveness.● Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.● A keen interest in the food and hospitality industry and a good understanding of thechallenges faced by restaurants and food service establishments.● Previous experience in the hospitality industry or a related field is a plus.
