SummaryThe Support Administrator for Business Innovation plays a key role in ensuring the smooth operation and optimization of business applications used across sales, operations, and customer support teams. This role is responsible for monitoring commerce application performance, managing user access, supporting automation needs, and delivering high-quality user support and training. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, collaborative, and comfortable working across technical and business functions to drive efficiency and enhance user experience.Responsibilities Application Support Performance Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal functionality.Respond to and resolve application-related incidents, including creating service tickets with D&H IT or external vendors.Collaborate with internal teams and third-party vendors to identify and resolve application issues.Define rules configuration and exception handling requirements to support automation tools. User & License Management Manage user access, privileges, and licenses to optimize usage and control costs, collaborating with IT as neededSupport Sales Teams with onboarding of new customers and vendor requests. Documentation & Process Improvement Maintain documentation for application configurations, processes, and procedures.Assist in developing and enforcing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and best practices.Recommend enhancements to third-party vendors based on business needs and user feedback.Standardize best practices around commerce automation and data enablement tools. Training & User Support Provide user training as needed.Deliver excellent customer service by applying technical and business knowledge to triage, diagnose, and resolve issues. Reporting & Data Analysis Assist with internal reporting needs and use application monitoring tools to ensure scalability and cost savings.Analyze data and build dashboards to support business KPIs and identify automation opportunitiesRequirementsAssociate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field; equivalent work experience may be considered.Experience supporting IT distribution, logistics, supply chain, and/or e-commerce operations, with an understanding of key processes and industry best practices.Familiarity with commerce automation and data enablement tools, including rules configuration and exception handling; experience with platforms such as Conexiom, SpexAccess, or Channelscaler is a plus.Proficient in data analysis and dashboard creation using Excel, Tableau, or similar tools.Hands-on experience with application performance monitoring, troubleshooting, and user access/license management.Skilled in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for documentation, reporting, and communication.Basic understanding of integration technologies such as APIs, EDI, XML, or middleware solution EOE
