Incumbent is essential for precise and accurate records handling to ensure adherence to Records Information Management policy standards.Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am -4pm, 100% onsite.In this position, you willEnsures that the collection and production of electronic and paper documents follow all legal and business obligations. Assumes responsibility for the completeness and accuracy of content retrieval when responding to legal document demands. Submits completed packages to the Records Management Specialist for certification.Maintains corporate physical records and ensures proper archiving, production, storage, and destruction of records in accordance with the retention schedule and applicable policies. Adheres to records management policies, procedures, standards, and process controls.Reviews and maintains an accurate and up-to-date filing system to ensure records can be located quickly and are available for regulatory inspection at any time.Aids the Document Management Unit with prepping documents for scanning and filing.Upopn assistance request, will locate, retrieve, and provide access to documents needed by lines and business or during Scheduled Review and Ad Hoc processing.Other duties as assigned.QualificationsGED, High School
