Inetum’s solutions aim at contributing to its clients’ performance and innovation as well as the common good.Present in 19 countries with a dense network of sites, Inetum partners with major software publishers to meet the challenges of digital transformation with proximity and flexibility.Driven by its ambition for growth and scale, Inetum generated sales of 2.5 billion euros in 2023.Job DescriptionThis open position encompasses activities related to the management of user access and Business Support for a client applicationsTest requirements for new business implementationsIdentify automation opportunitiesParticipation and management of projects related to business application needsIdentifying technical errors to improve performance of remote business applicationsAssist in software installations and configurationsParticipate in workshops and follow-ups regarding business activitiesAsset Management ControlReview user identities and work with applications Business Owner, Technical Owner and Access management to perform any required corrective / preventive actionsPerform user account management tasks, such as creating, modifying, and deactivating user accountsMonitor and analyse IAM-related logs and reports to identify potential security issues or unauthorized access attemptsAssign and revoke access rights as neededEnsure compliance with security standards and regulationsLink external IT helpdesk support to local business needsMonitor and follow-up the activity performed by external IT Helpdesk service" Assist in software installations and configurations Review user identities and work with applications Business Owner, Technical Owner and Access management to perform any required corrective / preventive actions Monitor and follow-up the activity performed by external IT Helpdesk service Participation and management of projects related to business application needs QualificationsTechnical Skills:Minimum 1 year of experience in similar activities ServiceNow Active Directory Systematic, autonomous and logical thinking Microsoft Office 365 Language SkillsEnglish – ExpertFrench – NotionsSoft SkillsAbility to work independently and in a team environment. Work in a team and communicate effectively, being a good listener, reliable. Good listening and questioning ability. Ability to plan work ahead and to prioritize workload.
