Job DescriptionAs the part of Business Support Management team, you will spend every day defining, refining, and delivering our commitment to meet the needs of our global business. Demonstrating keen attention to details as well as delivery of best practices, you will leverage a deep understanding of Application needs for Corporate and Investment Bank teams, knowledge of different platform to submit Application Requests and an interaction with Onshore team to provide excellent client services. If you are intellectually curious and have a passion and enthusiasm to work with an active and challenging environment, you may be the perfect fit for our team.Job SummaryAs an Analyst in Business Change Management, you will be responsible for raising requests in internal systems, monitoring and chasing these requests to ensure timely completion, and creating and maintaining process dependent requirements. You will also manage and execute additional validation/control processes and work on projects to increase scope, controls, efficiencies, and productivity. This role requires a high attention to detail, strict adherence to SOPs, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively under pressure. You will need a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and VBA/Macro skills would be an added advantage. Comprehensive training will be provided on the Business Change Management responsibilities, infrastructure, and procedures.Job ResponsibilitiesRaising of requests in mainstream internal systems (RSAM, SNow, IBID, Ariba etc.) to achieve On/Off boarding and Ad hoc requirements for CIB employees within SLAMonitoring and chasing requests to ensure timely completion based on deadlines/urgency/escalationsCreate and Maintain on/off boarding and ad hoc process dependent requirements e.g., manuals, templates, audit tracking tasks etc.Manage and execute additional validation/control processes as per documented SOPsExecute additional projects to increase scope, controls, efficiencies and productivityRequired Qualifications, Capabilities And SkillsRequires high attention to detail while multi-tasking and working to target volumesFollow strict SOP adherence and ability to manage ongoing periodic deliverables in addition to daily processing volumes. Demonstrated control/process improvement focus.Strong communication skills, both verbal and written – an ability to articulate clearly, logically and succinctlyAble to work effectively under pressure and in a rapidly changing environment in order to meet deadlinesStrong sense of client service and responsiveness coupled with judgment to show urgency when immediate follow up/ escalation is required.Comprehensive training will be provided on the Business Change Management responsibilities, infrastructure and procedures.
