Job Title: Business Support SpecialistLocation: Jubail, KSAType: Full-time | On-sitePurpose of the RoleTo support the vendor onboarding and operational success of the digital marketplace by designing efficient business processes, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring smooth adoption of the platform. The role serves as the bridge between business users, vendors, and technology teams to streamline workflows and enhance engagement.About the RoleThe Business Support Specialist will play a key role in enabling vendors to join and transact on the platform. The person will help design and document onboarding processes, engage vendors in Arabic and English, and ensure a high-quality experience throughout the vendor lifecycle.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport end-to-end vendor onboarding, including documentation and profile setup.Design and document process flows for different vendor categories (suppliers, service providers, logistics, etc.).Conduct vendor training and orientation sessions.Collaborate with product and technical teams to align workflows with platform features.Monitor vendor activity, identify process bottlenecks, and suggest improvements.Prepare status reports and onboarding dashboards for management.Act as the primary contact point for vendor inquiries in Arabic and English.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, or related field.1–3 years of experience in business support, vendor management, or customer operations.Proficiency in business process tools or CRM systems.Excellent interpersonal and coordination skills.Arabic speaker with fluent English (business level).Passionate about digital business ecosystems and vendor enablement.Preferred AttributesEnthusiastic and proactive with a problem-solving mindset.Organized and detail-oriented.Familiarity with marketplace or e-commerce platforms is an advantage.
