Job Description: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business and system requirements for telecom services (e.g., OSSBSS, network provisioning, billing, CRM).Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories. Work closely with developers, architects, and QA teams to ensure accurate implementation of requirements. Conduct gap analysis, process mapping, and impact assessments for new initiatives or system changes. Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) by preparing test cases, coordinating testing efforts, and validating results. Monitor and analyse system performance and recommend improvements. Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations with cross-functional teams. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements (e.g., CRTC, FCC, GDPR). 3-6 years of experience as a BSA, preferably in the telecom industry. Strong understanding of telecom systems (OSSBSS, mediation, billing, provisioning, etc.).Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, Visio, SQL, and Excel. Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills. Experience with Agile Scrum and Waterfall methodologies. Good to Have - Experience with telecom platforms such as Amdocs, Net cracker, Ericsson, or similar. Knowledge of APIs, data integration, and system interoperability. Certification in CBAP, CCBA, or Agile methodologies is a plus.
