Job DescriptionWe are seeking experienced Business Systems Analysts / Business Analysts (BSA/BA) to support the Loyalty Operations team of a global leader in digital payments and financial technology under a Managed Services engagement.This role is ideal for professionals who excel at bridging business and technical requirements, driving operational efficiency, and ensuring flawless execution across regional and global initiatives.You’ll work closely with regional and global product teams to design, enhance, and implement loyalty and rewards solutions tailored to the MEA market.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with business and technical stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements for loyalty programs and platform enhancements.Collaborate with regional and global teams to ensure solutions meet market and business needs.Manage program setup, data workflows, and operational processes.Support client, merchant, and vendor billing, including payments, reconciliation, and expense tracking.Develop and maintain clear process documentation, technical specs, and operational guides.Identify opportunities to optimize processes and improve delivery efficiency.Act as a liaison between business, engineering, and operations teams to ensure project alignment.Assist in issue triage and resolution, ensuring smooth program execution.QualificationsMust-Have QualificationsFluent in English and Arabic (both written and verbal).Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Technical Account Manager in a multinational or client-facing role.Strong understanding of APIs, data workflows, and system integrations.Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and SQL to interpret or troubleshoot technical details.Excellent analytical, organizational, and documentation skills.Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities across regions and time zones.Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Finance, Statistics, or equivalent experience.Preferred QualificationsBackground in Loyalty Operations, Financial Services, or Digital Platforms.Experience supporting global enterprise systems.Proven track record as a Top-Rated Upwork professional.Comfortable working in cross-functional, fast-paced environments.Additional InformationAdditional DetailsLocation: Remote (MEA time zone alignment preferred)Contract Type: Hourly / Ongoing engagementLanguage Requirement: English & ArabicPay Rate: TBD (based on experience and qualifications)
