Job Summary:The Business Systems Support Specialist is responsible for providing advanced technical support for the organization’s business systems, ensuring system stability, efficiency, and availability. The role includes troubleshooting system issues, supporting end users, performing system configurations, and contributing to the enhancement and continuous improvement of business applications.Key Responsibilities:Provide daily technical support for business systems such as ERP, CRM, HR systems, and related platforms.Troubleshoot system issues, identify root causes, and resolve or escalate them as needed.Perform system configurations and adjustments based on business requirements.Test system upgrades, patches, and new releases to ensure compatibility and performance.Document support procedures, issue resolutions, and system changes.Prepare regular reports on system performance, recurring issues, and recommended improvements.Deliver training sessions and onboarding support for new system users.Collaborate closely with IT teams and business departments to enhance system usability and efficiency.Support system integrations and ensure accurate, consistent, and smooth data flow across platforms.Required Skills & Competencies:Minimum of 8 years of experience in Business Systems Support or advanced technical support.Strong knowledge of ERP or CRM platforms (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo, etc.).Proficiency in data analysis and SQL for troubleshooting.Good understanding of system integration concepts (APIs, Web Services, Integrations).Excellent customer service skills and the ability to interact with users professionally and effectively.Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.Advanced problem-solving abilities and strong prioritization skills.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in computer science or information technology.Professional certifications such as ITIL or ERP/CRM-related certifications are considered a plus.
