Role: Banking Technology Specialist – PowerCARD Migration ExpertLocation: Mauritius, Africa & South AfricaDuration: 12 Months ContractMode: HybridRole Overview:Seeking an experienced PowerCARD Data Migration Expert to lead data mapping and migration from the legacy PowerCARD system to a new Card Management System (CMS). The role requires strong technical and functional expertise in card domain, data migration, and payment system standards.Mandatory Skills & Experience:5+ years’ experience in card domain or banking technology roles.Proven PowerCARD system expertise — including issuing, acquiring, and transaction processing.Strong understanding of card lifecycle management, BIN management, merchant/cardholder onboarding, and transaction flows.Hands-on experience in PowerCARD data migration, mapping source tables to target CMS.Proficiency in SQL, scripting (Python / PowerShell), and ETL tools.Deep knowledge of payment schemes and standards – ISO 8583, ISO 20022, EMV, PCI-DSS, and key management (EMV/terminal).Exposure to fraud, dispute, and chargeback processes, and card risk parameters.Strong understanding of PCI DSS compliance and secure handling of sensitive data.Nice-to-Have:Previous experience in core banking or digital payments migration projects.Knowledge of Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, or UPI integration environments.swathi@scubedimensions.com
