Our mission is simple: to design, implement and support high performance systems that enable our customers to source effectively, stock efficiently, sell profitably and service competitively.Working within the Professional Services Group, this role will be focused on delivery of our suite of products to both new and existing customers.Key ResponsibilitiesSimultaneous management of multiple sized projectsEffective stakeholder managementDevelop and deliver project plansPreparation and management of project documentationDefining project resource requirements and managing the relevant resourcesManage project risks, issues, associated reporting, escalation and resolutionManagement, delivery and approval of all deliverableFinancial project management i.e. Budgeting - Management of finance during implementationMonitoring, tracking and reporting project activity and project statusChange request managementOrganise, run and document project meetingsWorking with and delegating project activities to the project administration function.To maintain internal systems as directedTo enhance and improve documentation and processes within METIS as requiredCoach and mentor Junior Project ManagersTo cover for colleagues as directedEssentialSkills, Knowledge and Experience:Detailed knowledge of an industry recognised project management methodology, ideally PRINCE2Ability to engage with users through to board levelDemonstrable experience of managing projects simultaneously and delivering business benefit to the clientExcellent understanding of ERP systems and their deliveryAbility to agree and baseline customer requirements through effective stakeholder engagementAttention to detail and thoroughness in all aspects of the project lifecycleCompetent in the use of Project Management toolsProficient in Microsoft Office10 years of Project Management proven experienceDesirable SkillsPrince 2 or similar qualificationIndustry specific experience in key verticals such as Builders Merchants, Electrical Wholesalers, Plumbers MerchantsKnowledge of K8 applicationsDegree educatedCompany InfoYou may also have seen from our recent posts that we are excited to begin sharing our new company name – Klipboard.
