You’ll be empowered to take ownership, solve real challenges, and deliver results that matter.You will:Engage directly with clients to build relationships, deliver outstanding service and guide them into taking the decision to go on a Life changing language travel program.Collaborate with a passionate team to achieve ambitious goalsLearn how to run and grow a business from the ground upAs you progress, you may advance to the Program Coordinator role—taking on greater responsibility, shaping EF’s presence in Sweden, representing us at key events, and advising customers on life-changing programs. This is your chance to create tangible business outcomes while learning what it takes to lead.Over 6 months, you’ll receive a blend of structured training, field experience, and mentorship to help you build strong business acumen, leadership skills, and commercial awareness.We’ll equip you with everything you need to make an immediate business impact—and grow into a future leader.
