Contribute to the company’s strategic planning and long-term direction. Candidate Profile Degree in Business, Engineering, or related fields; MBA is highly desirable. Minimum 3 years’ experience in project management, consultancy, or business strategy roles. Strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities. Able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Leadership experience and capacity to work independently and cross-functionally.
