Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.Project ManagementLead project onboarding according to project scope and SOW documentationCoordinate engagement of resources and subject matter experts across various organizational functions for Project StartupGather project requirements and develop project Playbooks and SOPsObtain requirements for Bill of Materials (BOM) developmentGather rollout schedule and document SLA requirementsDrive all project requirements such as project changes, product lead time, rollout requirements through IntelliPlan. Define, track and report on specific measurable outcomes for projectsDefine inventory requirements based on schedule and work with Supply Chain on lead time and schedule of inventory arrivalResponsible for all aspects of project billing including services.Client SupportBuild strong relationships with customer operations stakeholders. Be the main point of contact for customer operational requirements.Schedule internal and external daily/weekly cadence meetingsMeet with client stakeholders regarding project status and changesObtain client schedule and deployment signoffManage deployment and schedule changes, adjust schedule and inventory changes accordingly in IntelliPlanCoordinate invoicing of inventory according to contractual agreements (MSA, MISA, SOW) Communicate changes with client and manage escalations as requiredGather reporting requirements and develop custom reporting as neededGather client requirements for nterprise and ensure client set for ITAD and Depot projectsManage scope changes and develop Project Change Requests (PCR) based on scope requirements. Coordinate engagement of partner resources and subject matter experts across multiple projects & organizational functionsCoordinate order entry and order management in CRM based on IntelliPlan outputsManage issues and decisions to timely resolution. Communicate with senior management teams to escalate/resolve project conflicts & needsFormulate plans to communicate and implement approved changes for the best return on investmentAccountable for SLA deliverables according to project scope as documented in Statements of WokResponsible for project closeout and reporting on project health and risks. Formulate and summarize findings as well-organized presentations to senior management; effectively summarize key information (e.g. cost savings, risk, efficiency improvements, accountability metrics, etc.)Education/CertificationWhat you will bring to the team:Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.PMP; ITIL Certification or equivalent preferred.Required Experience2 - 5 years of experience in program/ project management, process engineering or strategy within a technology or operations environmentExperience in Supply Chain and Inventory Management is preferable Leadership skills: must have experience leading multiple projects and teams simultaneouslyProblem-solving skills: must be able to identify risks and develop actionable mitigation plansAnalytical skills: must be highly analytical with experience in using objective data to drive strategic recommendationsCommunications skills: must be able to concisely explain complex issues, communicate well in writing and verbally, and be able to build strong working relationships across all levels of the organization, including remote areasIntellectual curiosity: must possess a desire to understand why/how things work vs. simply completing the task at handKnowledge of and experience using Project Management SoftwarePossesses strong Microsoft Office skills including Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPointZones offers a comprehensive Benefits packageAt Zones, we are committed to fostering an inclusive and diverse workplace where every team member is valued and supported.
