The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing AI/ML projects, managing project timelines, coordinating with various teams, expediting processes, and inspecting project outputs. Job Responsibilities: • Drive Project Velocity: Monitor and accelerate delivery across all AI initiatives by proactively identifying bottlenecks, optimizing workflows, and enforcing disciplined execution. Maintain clear visibility into sprint progress and ensure every milestone is achieved on time. • Lead and Motivate Teams: Inspire high performance through strong leadership and consistent communication. Foster accountability, celebrate achievements, and cultivate a results-oriented, collaborative culture that keeps teams aligned with organizational goals. • Oversee AI Project Execution: Apply deep understanding of AI systems, workflows, and development lifecycles to guide teams through complex initiatives. Partner with ML, product, and engineering leads to ensure model quality, scalability, and documentation excellence. • Implement Evaluation & QA Frameworks: Establish robust test-eval processes to assess AI model accuracy, reliability, and efficiency. Collaborate with QA and ML teams to translate evaluation results into measurable performance improvements and continuous learning cycles. • Ensure Transparent Communication: Deliver daily updates to the CEO, Product Managers, and senior leadership. Communicate risks, challenges, and solutions clearly—translating technical progress into strategic, actionable insights for decision-makers. • Optimize Processes and Automations: Identify inefficiencies and implement AI-powered automation tools to enhance productivity, streamline reporting, and reduce turnaround time. Continuously refine internal processes to improve coordination and project delivery velocity.Must Have Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related technical field. • Proven experience managing high-velocity AI projects with strict deadlines and clear delivery goals. • Hands-on expertise with Notion for sprint planning, documentation, and performance tracking. • Proficiency with n8n automations (or similar tools) to streamline reporting, notifications, and cross-team workflows. • Demonstrated leadership in motivating distributed teams, enforcing accountability, and maintaining delivery discipline. • Deep understanding of AI test-eval cycles, model performance validation, and translating insights into measurable outcomes. • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to convey technical progress to senior leadership and drive data-backed decision-making.Nice to Have Qualifications:1.
