Job Description
This position will involve quality control at a trading agency for CITIC DICASTAL, the global leader in automotive aluminum wheels.■ Serve as the quality department liaison for Japanese automakers, supporting communication between clients and Chinese manufacturers (CITIC DICASTAL).■ Interpret during quality meetings and prepare reports.■ Communicate and discuss quality issues received from Japanese clients with Chinese manufacturers.■ This role is heavy on the workload, and Chinese usage will be somewhat frequent.■ Visit Japanese companies' production sites to manage, inspect, and follow up on products.■ Manage sorting operations in the warehouse.Products: Automotive aluminum wheels, knuckles, brackets, etc.Clients: Automotive manufacturers (Toyota, Nissan Motor Co., Ltd., Honda Motor Co., Ltd., etc.)Business trips: Available (approximately twice a week in Japan and twice a year in China).Department Structure: Quality Control Department, 4 staff (including the manager)■ Benefits4.5 million to 7 million yen (Annual Salary)Monthly Salary: 300,000 to 500,000 yenFixed Overtime Pay/Month: 40,000 to 56,000 yen (Fixed Overtime: 20 hours, 0 minutes/month)Overtime pay for excess overtime work will be paid additionally.Annual Salary Example 1: Annual Salary of 4.5 million yen (1st year with the company / Age 27 / Monthly Salary of 320,000 yen + Bonus)Annual Salary Example 2: Annual Salary of 7 million yen (6th year with the company / Age 35 / Monthly Salary of 500,000 yen + Bonus)"Fixed overtime pay + regular overtime pay"Fixed overtime hours: 20 hours/monthFixed overtime pay: Yes.
