Position: Business Unit Director / Managing DirectorMarket: B2B SME SaaSBased: The Netherlands / BelgiumOur client are a backed by two of Europe's leading software PE Investors.Following several acquisitions, they are restructuring the business into three distinct business units.Reporting directly to the CEO, you will own the P&L for the €20M ARR, fastest growing part of the business (+25% YoY), focussed on B2B SME customers.The Must Haves:Proven P&L responsibility and track record leading a SaaS business or business unit in the B2B SME marketExperience in commercial, operational and product strategyBuilt a product roadmap in close collaboration with Product and EngineeringUsed AI-enabled solutions to drive growth and increase customer success
