Job Description:Business Performance & Growth Leadership: Lead and oversee the business unit’s overall performance, ensuring achievement of sales targets, profitability, and strategic goals in alignment with company and principal objectives.Market & Strategic Development: Identify and pursue growth opportunities, analyze market trends and competition, and develop actionable strategies to strengthen business positioning and expand market presence.Product & Portfolio Management: Direct the strategic planning, lifecycle management, and market introduction of products and agencies to ensure portfolio growth and sustainability.Stakeholder & KOL Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong partnerships with principals, Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), and key stakeholders to enhance collaboration and business development.Business Analysis & Planning: Monitor business performance, review KPIs and financial metrics, and implement improvement plans to drive operational and sales excellence.Operational & System Excellence: Champion effective implementation of management systems, process optimization, and cross-functional coordination to ensure compliance, quality, and business efficiency.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Biomedical Engineering, or a related discipline; Master’s degree (MBA) preferred.Minimum 8–10 years of experience in the medical device or healthcare industry, with at least 3 years in a leadership or business management role.Strong knowledge of medical device market trends, healthcare systems, and regulatory requirements, especially in surgical/oncology area.Proven track record in achieving sales growth, managing product portfolios, and leading diverse teams.Excellent strategic thinking, business acumen, and analytical abilities to support data-driven decisions.Strong relationship management and communication skills, with the ability to engage principals, customers, and internal teams effectively.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with CRM/ERP systems.High integrity, result-oriented mindset, and adaptability in a dynamic, fast-paced, and regulated industry.
