Role Description This is a part-time hybrid role for a Business Unit Manager based in Makati, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Business Unit Manager will oversee the daily operations of the designated business unit, plan and implement strategies to achieve business goals, and ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Responsibilities include managing staff, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, developing business plans, and improving operational efficiencies. The manager will also be tasked with client relations and maintaining high levels of customer service. Qualifications Experience in business management, strategic planning, and operational oversightStrong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reportingExcellent leadership, team management, and interpersonal skillsProficiency in project management, resource allocation, and performance trackingAbility to develop and implement business plans and strategiesExceptional communication and client relationship management skillsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field; MBA preferredExperience in the insurance industry is a plusAbility to work independently and remotely when necessary
