Our team is driven by a can-do culture and a global mindset, working closely with cost owners, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely, cost-effective, and compliant acquisition of goods and services. If you’re passionate about process improvement, data integrity, and strategic sourcing, this is your opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a company that values change and efficiency.Where You Come InYou ensure compliance with Dexcom’s Global Procurement Policy across all purchasing activities.You bring 2–5 years of experience in end-to-end indirect procurement, with exposure to APAC operations.You manage the team’s distribution inbox, responding to user requests related to navigation, training, PO reports, vendor options, and more.You review and approve purchase requisitions, PO cancellations, and change orders in Coupa BuyDesk.You verify vendor accreditation documents and ensure supplier requests are complete and accurate.You monitor and report on open POs, coordinating with AP and cost owners for closure.You run integration error reports in Coupa BuyDesk, assign issues to relevant teams, and ensure successful PO integration to Oracle.You investigate and resolve BuyDesk access issues and user queries.You upload Master Service Agreements to the Contracts feature in BuyDesk, sourcing documents from contract owners or requisition files.You participate in procurement projects, including system integrations and enhancements.You perform other duties as assigned to support the function’s goals.What Makes You SuccessfulYou are proficient in procurement ERPs such as Coupa BuyDesk and Oracle EBS.You have strong skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.You understand procurement processes in manufacturing, sales, and distribution within the medical device industry.You are well-versed in process documentation and compliance, with experience in system integration and process improvement initiatives.You have excellent written and verbal communication skills and excel in stakeholder management.You have a proven track record of stabilizing operations and driving efficiency.You are a self-starter with a willingness to learn, adapt to change, and propose new ideas.Your interpersonal skills and proactive mindset help you thrive in a dynamic, global team environment.What You’ll GetA front row seat to life changing CGM technology.
