This new branch will play a key strategic role in leading our commercial development across the Middle East and neighboring regions.Job DescriptionWe’re seeking for a motivated Buyer – MRP Controller to strengthen the development of the Procurement Department and the growth of the Company. Reporting to the Procurement Manager, you will play a pivotal role by promoting the organizational changes and the integration of operational systems within the Group, working in collaboration with sales and operations.Key ResponsibilitiesManaging and optimizing MRP parameters in EpicorMaintaining and updating forecasts in MRPCreate, control and issue purchase orders for the assigned perimeterMonitoring of issued orders and availability of components, order confirmations, reminders, up to deliveryDefinition of recovery plans with assigned suppliers in the presence of impacting or recurring issuesMonitoring of stock levels for the assigned perimeterEvaluation of partial or excess deliveriesCollaboration with Strategic Purchasing for price list management and implementation of agreed conditionsInternal escalation for specific emerging issuesSupporting for data on assigned suppliers and delivery performanceManagement and monitoring delivery times in coordination with the Logistics DepartmentManagement of reporting based on existing and future company templatesManagement of appropriate documentation in its area of influenceSupport in the management and implementation of specific projectsQualificationsBachelor’s or master’s degree in technical field (engineering, economics)At least 5 years of professional experience as a buyer and/or in the management of advanced purchasing processesExcellent command of MS Office and of the main Excel functions (pivot, Vlookup, etc.)Excellent analytical skillsExcellent written and spoken English (Level C1)Experience in the use of ERP Epicor is a plusDynamic, positive and proactive attitudeAbility to take initiative, curiosity, passion, flexibilityKnowledge of the spare parts business for commercial kitchen, refrigeration, vending or coffee technology sector is considered an advantageAdditional InformationOffice locationJebel Ali Free Zone, W3VX+343 - Mina Jebel Ali - Jabal Ali Industrial Second - Dubai - Emirati Arabi UnitiWhat We OfferInformal atmosphere, international work environment with real growth opportunitiesA close-knit, agile local team where your voice matters Continuous training and professional development supportHousing and transportation allowanceFull-time role, Monday to Friday (8 hours)
