Most of our business is concentrated on large turnkey industrial projects, although we also provide engineering, management, start-up and operating services for industrial plants. We are currently looking for Buyer role with between 5 & 10 years experience in similar positionsResponsibilities5 - 10 Years Experience as Buyer in Oil & Gas (EPC) OrganisationsEnsure compliance with directives and corporate/project proceduresCommercial management of the assigned purchases and purchase ordersSupplier and bidder evaluation and selectionLaunch of Requests for quotation and expediting timely receipt of bidsEvaluation, clarification and negotiation of sound bidsIssue of final Commercial Tabulation and recommendationPreparing of award proposalsIssue and follow-up of approved Purchase Orders, including changes and final close outCoordinate and lead kick-off meetings and expediting tasksExpedite proactively fabrication and deliveries of suppliersInternal expediting and close coordination with other departments and projectSupport Madrid Office to eSupplier Portal Management: Vendors’ access administration, vendors´ access support, expedite, follow-up and validation of related info and offers received throughQualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent equivalent experience in purchasing, inventory, or supply chain managementOil & Gas experience is a mustFamiliar with industrial plant equipment and materials and with strong supplier contacts in related sectorsExperience in supplier development and relationship management
