To the Operational Excellence team in Gothenburg, we are looking for more Employeneurs!About This VacancyAs a purchaser in the Operational Excellence team, you will play an important role in a procurement team working with our clients around Gothenburg and its surroundings. The work as a purchaser includes, but is not limited to: Ensuring procurement is carried out according to plan and in compliance with company policy Aligning procurement activities with laws and regulations Ensuring the right total cost, quality, and lead time Maintaining relationships with existing suppliers to secure favorable purchasing conditions and long-term partnerships Identifying required efficiencies to reduce bottlenecks Preparing materials for negotiations and/or procurements In addition, it is advantageous if you have experience with sourcing new suppliers as well as contract drafting.What We Expect From YouWe are curious about you if you are an educated university or civil engineer - preferably within industrial economics or Supply Chain, and possess at least 5 years of experience in procurement, preferably within the manufacturing industry. You are driven and a natural communicator with experience in successful negotiations, as well as cost analysis and follow-ups. Building meaningful and professional relationships is essential to you; you enjoy working in teams while being independent and taking your own initiatives.
