This is pursued through cutting edge technology development, Scania's Lean methodology and strategic partnerships with operators and shippers.Role SummaryAs our new Procurement & Network Development Lead, you’ll play a central role in evolving how LOTS Group connects customers, partners, and resources. Reporting to the Head of Operations & Procurement, you’ll have the chance to form solid partnerships, optimize our network and lead strategic procurement initiatives. This is a relationship building role for a commercially minded, data-driven professional.Job ResponsibilitiesCarrier & Network Optimization: Build, develop, and maintain strong relationships with carriers, customers, partners and colleaguesSourcing & Tender Management: Lead carrier and forwarder sourcing processes, including negotiations and tender execution for competitive, scalable solutions.Pricing & Quotation Support: Provide accurate transport cost inputs and collaborate with commercial team during bids and customer quotations.Market & Rate Intelligence: Analyze market trends and provide procurement insights to form sourcing strategies and solutionsPerformance Monitoring & Continuous Improvement: Track partner performance, ensure adherence to KPIs, and drive ongoing improvement initiativesContract & Documentation Management: Oversee contract management and ensure that documentation is clear and accessibleAnalyze market trends and provide procurement insights to form sourcing strategies and solutionsWho You AreYou’re someone who enjoys combining strategic, analytical and operational skills in your own unique way. You value data-driven insights, teamwork, curiosity, and continuous learning — likely with 5+ years of experience from logistics/procurement roles. Building strong, collaborative relationships with people from diverse backgrounds and perspectives comes naturally to you.
