Key Roles and Responsibilities:1. New products & correspondence.Sourcing new products, new brands, new trends.Strengthening products and collaborating with brands to increase sales & build differentiationThink Customer promotion both fixes pain points & serves customer needs i.e., makeup trends, Tailor-made campaigns & newness.Enhance Shopping Experience i.e., beauty advisors, In-store activities, variety of brands & new categories.Utilize space such as mixed brand units, and beauty device zones to maximize sales.Ensure OSA and Demand Forecast, and accelerate the product into the market2. OthersOn request for advertising declaration with related government.Stay up to date on market trends and competitor activities.Maintain strong relationships with suppliers & internal stakeholders across variousdepartments.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree or higher in Economics, Business management, or a related field.1+ years of experience in Health & Beauty, FMCG, and Modern trade, Direct experiencein cosmetics products for Retailer (H&B category) will be an advantage.Time management and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities effectively.Creative and innovative mindset with an immersive “Sense of Beauty”.Circumspect, detail work & comply with regulation, policy, control & process.Strong negotiation and commercial skills.
