Job Description

Working location: KCN Long Hau, Can Giuoc, Long An (have shuttle bus from HCM)Working hour: 8:00 to 16:15, Mon to Fri1. Job Descriptiona. PayrollCalculation for termination cases (2 times per month, approximately 40 EE/month)Check historical record of employees for insurance, T&A, payslips, severance, etc.Input and run SSLRun and check payslip from ADPProcess bank file to CitibankCalculation monthly incentives (approx. 2200 entitled employees)Check eligible EE name list in the financial cut-off periodCheck the points given by Department (in current month and payback for previous months)Calculate the monthly OIP payout and seek approval from Head departmentMonthly payroll calculation:Cross check the new hire information in P-File and OracleClarify the monthly payroll inputs providedInput and run SSL: new hires, changes in the month, Timesheet, insurances, tax, allowances, bonus, other payments & deduction in the monthCheck payroll register vs shadow payrollRerun and add new SSL (if any)b. TaxMonthly PIT report:Receive the PIT report from ADPAdd and gross up the net income for tax calculation purposesPrepare the final PIT report and tax return for reviewPrepare the payment request for approval and finance processingPrepare the year end tax documents for employees & resignees upon their requestsDeliver the documents to the requestor and record sufficientlyc. OthersPrepare e-payslip related material for manufacturing employeesDistribute the prepared material to each department data admin for distributionSupport operation employees resetting ADP passwordAnswer employees queries related to payrollAd-hoc request from HRBP, other departmentsFile the related payroll documents in the designated foldersProvide data for social compliance audit2. Requirements:Minimum bachelor degree2-3 years of experience in HR Operations or HR Service delivery in the area of Payroll, preferable in manufacturing organizationAble to maintain strict confidentiality and good interpersonal skill to handle sensitive and confidential mattersAbility to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks with limited supervision.Excellent verbal and written communication with a great sense of urgencySound knowledge and understanding of various Labor laws with focus on VietnamTech savvy, ability to quickly adapt to internal systems and high proficiency in Google Suite or Microsoft is a must3.
