After a successful opening in Tokyo’s fashion district, more stores followed that.Considered one of the biggest successes in Tokyo’s fashion scene, they keep growing and expanding rapidly.仕事内容This is a C&B Specialist position.The business expansion in Japan leads to an increase in the C&B management needs of their HR Team. They arenow looking for candidates that will accept the challenge of localizing and implementing strategy following a globalperspective to the Japan branch’s HR in ways that are both simple and effective. As a C&B specialist, you willconceive practical and creative ways to develop projects and deal with internal departments and global counterparts.Working closely with the team in Japan, you would be supporting the manager in the oversight of the company’sC&B strategy, salary benchmark, and as well as policies developing for the business in Japan.応募資格 Good analytical capabilities: to analyze data to determine and develop C&B strategies.
