Mô tả công việcDevelop and maintain the operating system (OS) for switches.Utilize cutting-edge technologies such as NETCONF, YANG, Redis, SONiC, RESTConf, Thrift, gRPC, Swagger, OpenConfig, Golang, Docker, and more in product development.Design, implement, and enhance switch functionalities, networking protocols, security features, and related components.Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.Provide mentorship and training to team members as needed.Yêu cầu công việcProficient in C/C++ programming on Linux, with expertise in pointers, multi-threading, multi-processing, socket programming, and related concepts. Strong knowledge of Linux and Real-Time Operating Systems (RTOS). Solid understanding of networking protocols, including Layer 2 (VLAN, Source Learning, STP, RSTP, MVRP, Ethernet OAM, etc.) and Layer 3 (RIP, OSPF, BGP, IPv4/6, etc.), with advanced networking knowledge being a significant advantage. Hands-on experience with Docker, Redis, Web Services, and Netconf/Yang is a plus. Familiarity with Python and Golang is an added advantage. Holds a degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field. Excellent time-management skills, with the ability to multitask, pay attention to detail, and learn quickly. Strong analytical and systematic thinking abilities. Skilled in troubleshooting, problem-solving, and critical analysis. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written, particularly in English, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and concisely. Adaptable to working in a dynamic and fast-paced industry. A self-motivated, proactive team player capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
