EU Project Manager / Researcher C. I. P. Citizens in Power is a non-profit, educational and research organization. P’s current projectsDevelop lesson plans related to STEM that will have gamification, problem based learning and experimentation for students or adultsConduct fieldwork research (interviews, survey research, observations, focus groups)Prepare research proposals, grant applications, and tenders (after the provision of special guidance)Conduct fieldwork research (interviews, survey research, observations, focus groups)Prepare data collection instruments and collect and analyze dataFacilitate the organization of workshops and dissemination activitiesManage projects and offer administrative support for research projectsPrepare and deliver project presentationsRepresent C. I. P. abroad to various educational events Minimum Qualifications:
University Degree in any area, preferably from an English-speaking universityOutstanding use of English and Greek language, both in writing and orallyExcellent team-working skillsStrong communication skills and proven ability to network and represent the organization in conferences and meetingsStrong management and organization skillsDynamic personality with strong teamwork skillsAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlinesWilling to learn and take initiatives Important Note: The availability of extensive traveling constitutes a necessary condition for recruitment in these positions.
