Job Title: Cabin Shop TechnicianLocation: MRO – Bengaluru (BLR)Job Type: Full-timeFunction: Engineering – Cabin ShopReports To: Cabin Shop ManagerJob DescriptionWe are hiring a Cabin Shop Technician to support cabin maintenance activities, ensure high-quality cabin standards, and maintain compliance with aviation regulatory requirements. The role includes hands-on cabin repair work, coordination with multiple departments, and technical support for cabin reliability and appearance.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform cabin maintenance, repairs, refurbishment, and component restoration. Maintain high standards of cabin presentation in line with regulatory and airline requirements. Coordinate with MCC, Inflight, Cabin Appearance, Planning, and Logistics teams. Ensure compliance with DGCA regulations and internal maintenance procedures. Support, train, and guide team members as required. Maintain accurate documentation for cabin-related tasks and inspections. Assist in audits, safety checks, and quality reviews to reduce defects.
