Ensure the plants growth aligns with organizational strategy while maintaining world-class standards of quality, safety, and compliance Key Responsibilities Operations & Process Excellence Drive continuous improvement through Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma, TPM, and automation. Ensure adherence to production, quality and maintenance plans with maximum equipment uptime. Optimize processes for cost savings, consumable reduction, and productivity enhancement. Ensure effective coordination across production, quality, maintenance, PPC, dispatch, purchase, and HR. Customer & Quality Ensure zero-defect mindset and quick resolution of customer complaints. Build strong customer relationships through product costing, delivery performance, and grievance handling. Partner with engineering teams to deliver new product development in line with customer requirements. Business & Financial Leadership Own P&L and deliver profitability targets. Manage budgets, control costs, and drive cycle time reduction, scrap reduction, and resource optimization. Provide input for annual business and financial planning. People Leadership Build, mentor, and motivate a high-performing workforce. Drive reskilling, upskilling, and leadership development across teams. Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning. Ensure harmonious industrial relations in partnership with HR. Qualifications & Experience Core Competencies In-depth knowledge of Manufacturing processes, machining, and finishing. Strong grasp of quality systems ( Six Sigma, Kaizen). Proven track record in P&L management, cost optimization, and operational excellence. Strong leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills. Excellent commercial acumen and customer orientation.Note: - Upon joining, you will be based at our existing factory in Manesar, Gurugram. The role will require a relocation to our new manufacturing site in Hyderabad, which is scheduled to open around 2028.
