We are currently looking for the right person to join our Development department.Your responsibilitiesDemonstrating an autonomous and proactive attitude in leading technical cable improvements, initiatives, analyses, and cost-saving activities — responsible for setting targets and achieving milestonesContributing internally with global product engineering teams to define cable designs, manufacturing specifications, and creating both project-specific and generic drawingsManaging external technical activities with supplier teams, including the identification and validation of new suppliersSupporting customer-oriented project teams in cable-related topicsMaintaining a comprehensive technical overview of cable topics across all productsLeading system development tasks, including design input, integration, and formal testing of customer programs from the start-up phase to final releaseEnsuring that the component design of Occupant Detection System products meets all performance, quality, and manufacturing requirementsCreating and negotiating specifications, product briefs, and technical documentationDeveloping and managing specific program engineering tools such as DFMEA, Test Validation Plans, and Technical Risk AssessmentsPerforming, evaluating, and reporting on component-level testingConducting detailed assessments of OEM specifications and international standardsYour profileMinimum 3 years of experience in automotive or cable engineering preferredStrong asset: experience and knowledge in cable engineering and productionAbility to read and interpret norms, specifications, technical drawings, and process-related technical dataCapable of working autonomously with a proactive attitude and effective communication skillsWillingness to travelFluent in English, both spoken and writtenShare this on
